Ying Flow Yoga 


This gentle style of yoga focuses on the freedom of breath synchronised with slow movements into each yoga posture. Each posture is explored with the intention to release tension from both the body and the mind by letting go of the idea of stretching and instead embracing the principle of patient opening and release. Arun has been teaching yoga for 20 years and supports his class with genuine yoga philosophy, intended to free the mind, release the body and liberate the heart. The class is in English and suitable for all levels.
